Удаление аккаунта «Большой прыжок» (Big Jump)

В игре (сразу)

  1. Откройте Настройки (шестерёнка в меню).
  2. Нажмите «Об игре» → «Удалить аккаунт» и подтвердите.

Если игра уже удалена

Напишите на ivengogames@gmail.com с темой «Удаление аккаунта» и укажите код игрока (6 знаков: Настройки → Друзья → Пригласить) или имя игрока. Мы удалим аккаунт в течение 30 дней и ответим.

Что удаляется

Аккаунт на сервере, имя и код игрока, рекорды и результаты турниров, очки лиги, друзья и заявки, сведения о приглашениях. Жалобы других игроков на ваше имя храним до 90 дней для защиты от нарушений, затем удаляем. Прогресс на устройстве (монеты, герои, прокачка) удаляется вместе с игрой. Сведения об оплатах (товар, сумма, дата) храним столько, сколько требует налоговый учёт, — без имени и кода игрока.

In the game (immediate)

  1. Open Settings (the gear in the menu).
  2. Tap "About" → "Delete account" and confirm.

If you have already uninstalled the game

Email ivengogames@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion" and include your player code (6 characters: Settings → Friends → Invite) or player name. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply.

What is deleted

Your server account, player name and code, records and tournament results, league points, friends and requests, invitation data. Reports from other players about your name are kept for up to 90 days to prevent abuse, then deleted. Progress stored on the device (coins, heroes, upgrades) is removed when the game is uninstalled. Payment records (item, amount, date) are kept as long as tax accounting requires, without your player name or code.
