Правила игры «Большой прыжок» (Big Jump)

Играя онлайн (рейтинги, турниры, друзья) и выбирая имя игрока, вы соглашаетесь с этими правилами.
Имена игроков
Ваше имя видят другие игроки. Нельзя использовать в имени:
- оскорбления, мат, угрозы, разжигание вражды;
- непристойности и всё, что не подходит для игроков от 13 лет;
- чужие имена с целью выдать себя за другого человека;
- рекламу, ссылки, контакты.
На любое имя можно пожаловаться (нажмите на игрока → «Пожаловаться»), а игрока — заблокировать. Мы можем сменить имя-нарушитель на «Player…» или удалить аккаунт.
Честная игра
Запрещено подменять результаты, вмешиваться в работу игры и сервера. Результаты нарушителей удаляются.
Турниры и рейтинги
Пока живых игроков мало, в турнирах, лигах и рейтингах вместе с людьми участвуют компьютерные соперники. Награды турниров — игровые предметы (сундуки, монеты).
Игровые предметы
Монеты, сундуки, частицы героев и бустеры — игровые предметы без денежной стоимости; их нельзя обменять на деньги.
Покупки за деньги и возврат
За деньги можно купить монеты, героев и стартовый набор. Цена показана на кнопке до оплаты. В версии из Google Play оплату проводит Google Play, а для игроков из России — платёжный сервис ЮKassa; в версии из RuStore — ЮKassa (картой или через СБП на странице оплаты). Данные карты мы не получаем.
Покупка приходит в игру сразу после оплаты. Если её нет — откройте игру с интернетом, и покупка придёт сама. Если она не пришла в течение суток, напишите нам: укажите код игрока (Настройки → Об игре) и номер заказа.
Если покупка не пришла или пришла с ошибкой, мы выдадим её или вернём деньги тем же способом, которым вы платили. С другими вопросами о возврате пишите на ivengogames@gmail.com. Покупки через Google Play можно вернуть и по правилам Google Play.

By playing online (ratings, tournaments, friends) and choosing a player name, you agree to these terms.
Player names
Other players can see your name. Your name must not contain:
- insults, profanity, threats or hate;
- obscene content or anything unsuitable for players aged 13+;
- someone else's name used to impersonate them;
- advertising, links or contact details.
Any name can be reported (tap a player → "Report") and any player can be blocked. We may change an offending name to "Player…" or delete the account.
Fair play
Tampering with results, the game or the server is not allowed. Results of violators are removed.
Tournaments and ratings
While there are few live players, computer-controlled opponents take part in tournaments, leagues and ratings alongside people. Tournament rewards are in-game items (chests, coins).
In-game items
Coins, chests, hero shards and boosters are in-game items with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Paid purchases and refunds
You can buy coins, heroes and the starter pack with real money. The price is shown on the button before you pay. In the Google Play version payments are processed by Google Play, and for players in Russia by the YooKassa payment service; in the RuStore version by YooKassa (card or SBP on the payment page). We never receive your card details.
Your purchase arrives in the game right after payment. If it does not, open the game while online and it will arrive by itself. If it has not arrived within a day, write to us with your player code (Settings → About) and the order number.
If a purchase did not arrive or arrived with an error, we will deliver it or refund the money the same way you paid. For other refund questions write to ivengogames@gmail.com. Google Play purchases can also be refunded under Google Play rules.
